Service Description
Teens (16-17) who completed the 38-Hour Course and hold a Learners Permit. Adults (18+) who completed the 14 Hour or 38 Hour Course and hold a TIP card or Learners Permit. Individuals who completed the 8 Hour Behind the Wheel at any other Driving School (must show certificate of completion) Anyone seeking to upgrade from a permit to a class E Drivers License You must bring your TIP card or Permit, and a parent/guardian if you are under 18.
